In the eon of intense competition and impulsive markets and remarkable potentiality of Pharmaceutical Sector in Indian scenario the empirical study of advertising and sales promotional strategies is one of avenues, wherein each key organizational group tries to get into, grow due to which the present companies are trying to survive and at the same time willing to enhance their profitability. Hence, the above entitled research is carried out in Pune wherein this article tries to focus on two specific distinguished product promotional strategies: Advertising and Sales Promotion being adopted in Pharmaceutical Industry to enhance the performance of sales of its products and to have an edge over other industries in the days to come. This article strives to highlight on Pharma companies' advertising and sales promotion strategies considering the notions of Four Pillars as Medical Representatives, Medical Practitioners (GPs-General Physicians, CPs-Consultant Physicians), Field Managers and Chemists.On having gone through this article one wound come to know about the contemporary view on Pharma sector performance based on comparative analysis between advertising and sales promotion and would be able to understand which strategy would to be suitable enough to have better grip in market considering the competition.

ObjectiveTo translate and adapt the original English version of Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) into Hindi.
MethodsThe procedure followed for the translation of SPADI into Hindi was in accordance with the Guidelines laid by American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Outcomes Committee. The SPADI was successfully translated from source language into Hindi. Minimal discrepancies were found during the process with respect to the concept and construct which were taken care with successive forward and backward translations. The translation produced using the AAOS model was pretested on selected subjects in order to achieve a promising Hindi version of SPADI.
ResultsThe translation undertaken using the six step process revealed no major difficulties in the construct and concept transference. Necessary efforts were made to achieve semantic, conceptual and experimental Equivalence between the source and target language versions. Following mutual consensus and repeated pretesting, the finalized Version (SPADI-Hindi) was prepared.
ConclusionSPADI-Hindi is a well translated and adapted instrument for use in patients with musculoskeletal shoulder pathologies.

The purpose of the study was to analyze and compare KT-1000 knee laxity as examined by a left-hand- and a right-hand-dominant physiotherapist in a group of patients with an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and a group of patients, 2 years after ACL reconstruction. The other aim was to measure and analyze knee laxity in a group of persons without any known knee problems. A crosssectional examination of two groups of patients preoperatively and post-operatively after ACL reconstruction and examination of healthy controls on two different occasions was performed. 22 patients who were scheduled for ACL reconstruction and 20 patients who attended a 2- year follow-up examination were included in the study. In the ACL-deficient group, 14 patients had a right-sided ACL injury and 08 patients a left-sided ACL injury. The corresponding figures in the post-operative group were 13 patients with a right-sided ACL injury and 07 patients with a left-sided ACL injury. 20 healthy persons without any known knee problems served as controls. One left-hand- and one right-hand-dominant experienced physiotherapist performed all the examinations. To be able to evaluate the intra and inter-reliability of the examiners the controls were examined at two occasions. The left-hand-dominant physiotherapist measured significantly higher absolute laxity values in the left knee, both injured and non-injured ones, compared with the right-hand-dominant physiotherapist. This was found irrespectively of whether the patients belonged to the ACL deficient or the post-operative group. In the healthy control group, the right-hand-dominant physiotherapist measured significantly higher knee-laxity values in the right knee compared with the left-handdominant physiotherapist. Correspondingly, the left-handdominant physiotherapist measured significantly higher knee laxity values in the left knee. We conclude that KT- 1000 arthrometer laxity measurements can be affected by the hand dominance of the examiner. This might affect the reliability of KT-1000 arthrometer measurements.Keywords

Finished leather and leather goods, stored under varying environmental conditions in warehouses, frequently become mouldy. The relative humidity plays an important role. The most common spoilage are formation of coloured inbleachable spots, mildewing and perforations due to degradation of leather components like proteins, fat and oils, causing loss of durability, rendering them unfit for commercial purpose. It is, therefore, necessary to evaluate the extent of damage which is brought about by the aeromycoflora and their biochemical activities in relation to microclimatic conditions of storage. Many workers have discussed the role of aeromycoflora which brings the changes in physical and chemical properties of finished leather due to aeromycoflora but they were concentrated around the optimum mildew growing conditions (95-100% R.H. and 30°C temperature). During the present study the role of aeromycoflora on vegetable tanned finished leather of Sheep, at different level of relative humidity and duration of storage at optimum temperature (28°C) has been investigated. Thus, during the present study three basic attempts were taken under considerations-(a) Qualitatively-what kind, (b) Quantitatively-how many aerobioderiogens inhabit the vegetable tanned finished leather of Sheep and (c) Estimation of changes in the quantity of total nitrogen and protein contents due to infestation by aeromycoflora.Keywords

Osteoarthritis also known as degenerative arthritis or degenerative joint disease is a group of mechanical abnormalities involving degradation of joints, including articular cartilage and subchondral bone. OA commonly affects the hands, feet, spine, and the large weight bearing joints, such as the hips and knees. Research have demonstrated that knee proprioception is effected in knee OA patients. Functional consequences of impaired proprioception may include lower gait velocity, shorter stride length, and slower stair walking time. Improved knee function is possible with changes in proprioception.
Methodology: 30 subjects 15 in one group between the age group of 30 -60 yrs both male and female who met the inclusion criteria were given two sets of balance and kinesthesia exercises . The exercises were done 3 days a week for total of 6 weeks.
Results: The quadriceps and hamstrings strength mean and the barthel's score mean increased for both group of exercises , the first group of exercises improved the quadriceps and hamstrings strength mean increased to 3.53 and 3.93 respectively ,the barthel's score mean increased from 72.5 to 78 post exercise regime. Given the second group of exercises, the quadriceps and hamstrings strength mean increased to 4.4and 4.6 respectively and the barthel's score mean increased from 68.46 to 89 post exercise regime.
Conclusion: For the effective management and improvement in the activity level of knee arthritic patients, the first group of exercises is highly beneficial as compared to the second group. The exercises from the first group can be identified as a method of enhancing traditional means of conservative intervention treating osteoarthritis.

The present study was investigated to assess the level of happiness among rural adolescents experiencing persistent socio-economic hardship and to examine the contribution of attributes like self-esteem and perceived social support on happiness of rural poor adolescents. The sample included 360 adolescents (15-18 years of age) belonging to intact two parent families and living in conditions of socio-economic hardship. The results revealed that despite of living in conditions of socio-economic hardship, majority of rural adolescents perceived high degree of happiness. Female adolescents perceived significantly more happiness in their life as compared to their male counterparts. Males manifested significantly greater self-esteem than females. Correlation analysis revealed that self-esteem and social support were significantly positively correlated with happiness. Regression analysis revealed that social support emerged as the strongest protective factor.Keywords

Rajasthan has a rich and long tradition of leather crafts. Each village had its families of leather workers. The juti, mojari or pagarkhi are leather shoes and slippers worn by both men and women of all communities (http://trade.indiamart.com).Mojari is a generic name for handcrafted ethnic footwear produced in India and Pakistan. Mojari is the staple footwear of rural Rajasthan. In Rajasthan there are about a hundred thousand households engaged in the production of this traditional hand stitched shoes made out of coarse vegetable -tanned leather, which are known locally as Mojari. The best varieties are found in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Barmer, Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Dausa. In Jaipur the embroidery on the Mojari is done on velvet while in Jodhpur on leather with proficient golden ornamentation speak of gorgeousness and high skill of artisans. The present paper highlights the changing trends in Mojaris craft in Rajasthan.Keywords

Dentinal hypersensitivity (DH) is a painful clinical condition and is characterized by pain arising from exposed dentin in response to various stimuli. Various treatment modalities are available to treat dentinal hypersensitivity which include at-home and in-office treatment. At home treatment generally consists of a variety of dentrifices containing different constituents like stannous fluoride, strontium chloride and potassium oxalate. These agents cause occlusion of dentinal tubules which decreases both dentine permeability and fluid movement thereby reducing hypersensitivity. Recently, bioactive glass (NovaMin) has been incorporated as a remineralising ingredient in dentifrice formulations for treating Dentinal Hyprsensitivity. It relieves the symptoms by precipitating hydroxycarbonate apatite (HCA) onto the tooth surface. Another combination product consisting of an aqueous solution of 5% glutaraldehyde and 35% hydroxyethyl methacrylate (Gluma desensitizer) has also been reported to be an effective desensitizing agent. Thus, the aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the tubule occluding effect of of two desensitizing agents, which are bioactive glass (Novamin), and Gluma Desensitizer. In the present study bioactive glass was found to produce more completely occluded tubules while Gluma desensitizer caused more partial occlusion on initial application. Hence, NovaMin application could be more effective in providing relief from dentinal hypersensitivity when compared with Gluma Desensitizer.Keywords

The present study was conducted to appraise the possibility of utilisation of lemon juice as a starter culture for the development of lemon juice fermented curd and optimize its level to be incorporated as starter culture for the preparation of curd. To select a lemon juice starter culture at its optimum desirable level, three different levels viz., 2.5, 5 and 7.5% along with control of commercial starter culture were used to prepare curd. Among different treatments, 5% level of lemon juice was adjudged optimum for the preparation of lemon juice fermented curd and imparted beneficial effects on sensory, physicochemical and microbiological properties of curd.Keywords

The first choice link to enter into the global information society is Wireless communication. The progress towards all-around wireless needs budget and easily maintainable radio access points, with simplified signal processing and consolidation of the radio network functions in a central station. Radio over Fiber refers to a system which transmits an optically modulated radio frequency of millimeter range signal from a central station to base stations via an optical fiber link to facilitate wireless access. In this paper, Optical SSB signal is specifically selected as it has tolerance for power degradation due to dispersion effects over a length of fiber. Phase noise and Bit error rate due to various RF oscillator Linewidth is evaluatedby using parameter carrier to noise ratio.

Hospitality Industry in India is facing one of the biggest contemporary challenges as guest satisfaction index. Service quality and measuring guest satisfaction in different departments in the hotels play important role in retaining the guests. The present study aims in examining the managers' viewpoints and perception of guest satisfaction and its importance in hotels of Nainital. The study has been done by collecting data from managers of 80 hotels regarding guest satisfaction practices in the study area. It aims to analyze their perspective for guests' satisfaction practices being adopted. The results revealed that guest comment cards filled by the guests are of utmost importance and there is a positive relationship between practices followed and guest satisfaction in sample hotels of study area.Keywords

Nainital, renowned as the Lake District of Uttarakhand, is a popular hill station in North India since the time of Britishers which attracts a large number of tourists, domestic as well as international, every year. In order to meet the need of overnight visitors, Nainital houses a plethora of accommodation units of all kinds, ranging from the budget to star category properties, as per the demand of the visitors. Satisfied and repeat customers play a key role in the success of any business. The present study was initiated with the primary purpose to evaluate customer satisfaction about the various products and services offered by the accommodation units in Nainital. The study also attempts to identify any significant broad category of determining factors of customer satisfaction specific to the accommodation industry at Nainital. Primary data, on various service attributes related to hospitality industry that can influence customer satisfaction, were collected from 200 tourists visited the study area for varied reasons through structured questionnaires by applying random sampling methods in order to achieve the framed objectives of the study. The results provide some insights on how customers rate the service quality and also highlight the broad factors determining the customer towards hospitality industry in Nainital. Thus, the result can be used as a guide for hotel managers to improve the essential quality attributes and enhance service quality as well as business performance.Keywords

The present study was conducted under a polyhouse with kiwifruit cuttings. The entire programme of the study was divided into two experiments comprising hardwood and semi-hardwood cuttings. The experiments were laid out in Randomized Block Design, with three replications per treatment. Experiment I was carried out on hardwood cuttings of kiwifruit cultivar Allison and comprised of nine treatments, viz., T1 (IBA 5000ppm), T2 (Bacillus subtilis), T3 (Bacillus licheniformis), T4 (Bacillus subtilis + IBA 4000ppm), T5 (Bacillus licheniformis + IBA 4000ppm), T6 (Bacillus subtilis + IBA 3000ppm), T7 (Bacillus licheniformis + IBA 3000ppm), T8 (Bacillus subtilis + IBA 2000ppm) and T9 (Bacillus licheniformis + IBA 2000ppm). In Experiment II, all the above-mentioned nine treatments were imposed on semi-hardwood cuttings of kiwifruit. Ttreatment IBA 5000ppm recorded best ischolar_main characteristics (per cent ischolar_mained cuttings, number of primary ischolar_mains secondary ischolar_mains, length of ischolar_mains total ischolar_main length, ischolar_main biomass); shoot characteristics (shoot length, shoot diameter, shoot biomass) and leaf characteristics (number of leaves and leaf area) in both hardwood and semi-hardwood cuttings. This treatment also resulted in maximum net benefit per 100 cuttings in comparison to other treatments. Among the two types of cuttings studied, hardwood cuttings showed better results on ischolar_main characteristics. However, semi-hardwood cuttings gave better results on shoot and leaf characteristics.Keywords

The present study was undertaken to assess the levels of personality traits and cognitive styles of juvenile delinquents. The sample composed of 120 respondents in 16-18 years of age range, selected from observation homes of six districts, from three cultural zones of Punjab. Further the sample was distributed over two sexes i.e. 80 juvenile delinquent boys and 40 juvenile delinquent girls. Scales used to collect the relevant information for the study were: Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire (Eysenck & Eysenck, 1975) and Cognitive Style Inventory (Jha, 1985). Data depicts that maximum number of the delinquents belonged to the average level of delinquency. Most of the delinquents had shown psychotic and introvert personality and the most common cognitive style among delinquents was undifferentiated style.Keywords

The present study was undertaken to investigate the assessment of social and emotional maturity amongst juvenile delinquents. The sample comprised of 120 respondents in 16-18 years of age range, selected from observation homes of six districts, from three cultural zones of Punjab. Further the sample was distributed over two sexes i.e. 80 males and 40 females. Scales used to collect the relevant information for the study were: Social Maturity Scale (Rao, 1986) Emotional Maturity Scale (Singh & Bhargava, 1990). Data depicts that maximum number of the delinquents belonged to the average level of delinquency. Low levels of social and emotional maturity were found in most of the delinquents. The juvenile delinquents had shown average level of work orientation, followed by social commitment.Keywords

Objectives: The application of brassinosteroids (BRs), the plant steroidal hormones, results in an increased tolerance toward stress and thus helps improving the yield of crop plants. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of 28‑homobrassinolide (28‑HBL) on the protein content as well as activities of antioxidant enzymes viz., glutathione‑s‑transferase (GST) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in radish plants grown under Cadmium (Cd) and Mercury (Hg) metal stress. Materials and Methods: Shoots of 60 and 90 days old radish plants, grown under Cd and Hg metal stress (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 mM) and given the presowing treatment of 28‑HBL (0, 10–7, 10–9, 10–11 M) to seeds for 8 h, were analyzed for protein content and GST and PPO enzyme activities. Results: Protein content showed decrease in plants given Cd and Hg metal treatment alone, while treatment with 28‑HBL enhanced the protein content, suggesting its stress protective role. An increase in the activity of antioxidative enzymes was also observed in plants stressed with heavy metals as well as in those supplemented with 28‑HBL. Conclusions: In the present investigation, the activity of antioxidative enzymes was found to increase due to metal stress and a further increase was noticed in plants given both metal and 28‑HBL treatment, suggesting the stress protective role of 28‑HBL via modulating the antioxidative enzymes.Keywords

Further the sample was distributed over two sexes i.e. 80 juvenile delinquent boys and 40 juvenile delinquent girls. Scales used to collect the relevant information for the study were: Children’s Perception of Parenting Style (Pyari and Kalra, 2005), Peer Pressure Scale (Saini and Singh, 2012). Data depicts that maximum number of the delinquents belonged to the average level of delinquency. The results revealed that a large number of respondents reported accepting, overprotective and autocratic type of parenting styles. A large proportion of juveniles had shown low level of peer pressure but quite a good number of delinquents had shown medium and high level of peer pressure.Keywords

The country is flooded with substances that lift you up, cool you down and turn you upside down. The cost of money and emotional turmoil has made the issue of substance abuse a major concern worldwide. This research was also an attempt to assess and manage such emotional turmoils (negative mood states) among males with substance dependence. Objectives were to develop an assessment tool, to develop an intervention program and to study its etfect on negative mood states. Here negative mood states were anxiety, depression, guilt and anger while intervention program included yoga therapy, relaxation therapy, adaptive skills training and psycho education. Four directional hypotheses were formulated to analyze the effect of intervention program on negative mood states. Negative mood states were assessed by mood states questionnaire developed by the researcher. 100 male subjects trom 16 to 60 years of age having multiple substance dependence were selected through purposive sampling. Prepost control group design was used to collect data and the data for four hypotheses was analyzed by using t- test. Results showed that three hypotheses were accepted at 0.01 level of significance except one related to guilt. This research is significant in providing a new negative mood states assessment tool, a new intervention program for managing negative mood states and preparing subjects for relapse prevention after treatment.Keywords

Such strategies not only require Innovation, quality enhancement, optimum utilization of funds and resources but at a larger end a sustainable model to gain competitive advantage.
As every economy becomes global, a nation's most important competitive asset becomes the knowledge, skill and ability of its workforce- the intellectual capital. The society has entrusted the present system of developing managers to management education. The management education is not just a social function but a competitive tertiary industry in its own right which in turn fuels the growth and development of other sectors of the world.
To date, management education has been largely pre-occupied and fascinated by 'past' experiences and orientation rather than the concerns for the 'present' or a vision of the 'future'. The conceptualization of the past experiences reflects the Enlightenment Tradition in management that promotes the belief and reliance on 'rationality'. Ironically, though management practices themselves perpetuate vision, planning, forecasting etc when it comes to planning and decision making for management education itself, the emphasis has always been on objectivity that is one desirable outcome that can be scientifically researched. This cannot be the right approach since there are so many intangibles and variables in management education that cannot be quantified.
This leads to a wider perspective on management education which preaches to acquire an understanding of areas beyond the definable and quantifiable. Management needs to adopt a more holistic stance which imparts values, intuitions, emotions, rationality, passion, logical thinking and a good physical and mental health all woven in a single thread of ethics.
This demand can only be promoted and fulfilled by program which promotes reflection and wisdom as well as intellectual bhiliance among its products. Students who are not only the future managers but also who will be the leaders with greater sense of commitment, dedication and innovativeness which will lead us towards sustainable development for the economy
This paper shall focus on growth of management education, SCOT (Strengths, Constraints, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis of the present system and a 91' model to make management education as a driving force for a sustainable economy.

Identification of genes responsible for complex traits has been revolutionized with the advent and association of high throughput sequencing with association studies. GWAS takes the full advantage of ancient recombination events occurred in the natural population and exploits simple association of polymorphism with the trait of interest. Further, the genetic basis of phenotypic variations is detected by rapid highthroughput sequencing, accelerating the genome assisted breeding. The high density SNPs generated through GWAS allow whole genome scanning to identify haplotype blocks correlated with desired QTLs, thereby establishing itself as a major plant breeding tool.Keywords

Introduction: Glaucoma is the group of acute and chronic multifactorial condition where lowering IOP is the mainstay of the treatment in the patients, but despite of all effort progression of disease is inevitable. The prevalence of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in India is 1.62% and increasing with age, where 98.5% were not even aware of the disease. In our study, we assessed the outcome of trabeculectomy using retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness measurements and clinical parameters. Material and Method: Twenty seven patients of primary open angle glaucoma undergoing trabeculectomy were included. Ophthalmological examinations including best corrected visual acuity, pupils and anterior segment evaluation, intraocular pressure, fundus and optic disc examination, perimetry and optic coherence tomography were performed preoperatively and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively in each and every subject. Results: With mean age of 57.9 years, total of 18 male and 9 female patients were recruited. IOP was decreased by 43.85% from baseline but best corrected visual acuity was increased marginally after 3 months postoperatively. Optic nerve head parameters were improved significantly. Visual Field analysis showed that mean sensitivity and mean deviation were improved from 8.73±4.5493 and 19.044±4.6111 preoperatively to 9.859±5.5606 and 17.926±5.4928 dB postoperatively, respectively. Conclusion: Our data suggested that in early POAG, trabeculectomy provides good IOP control and clinical outcome with little complication rate under experienced hands.Keywords

Biochemical quality of a biomass determines the rate of its decomposition, which ultimately affects the relative microbial communities. Root biomass constitutes a significant fraction of total plant biomass and can play an important role in affecting microbial activity and extracellular soil enzymes when ischolar_mains have different biochemical composition. To address the pivotal action of biochemical quality, a short-term incubation study was carried out to determine the effect of heterogeneity of ischolar_main biomass on the functional characteristics of enzyme activities in the soil. Root biomasses of six crops with contrasting chemical composition (Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Gossypium hirsutum, Glycine max, Cajanus cajan and Sesamum indicum) were applied alone as well as in different combinations to a sandy-loam soil incubated under controlled environment condition for 63 days. The enzyme activity peaked on the 42nd day, which ranged from 11.85 to 16.85 μg triphenylformazan and from 9.84 to 13.67 μg p-nitrophenol g–1 h–1 for dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase respectively. Among the different ischolar_main biomasses and their combinations, maximum soil enzyme activity was found for Z. mays (T2) followed by G. max (T4) and G. max + O. sativa (T9). The ischolar_mains of Oryza sativa (T3), Cajanus cajan (T6) and Cajanus cajan + Oryza sativa (T10) with high contents of hemicellulose and low contents of cellulose showed low enzymatic activity. Cellulose and hemicellulose contents in ischolar_main biomass are mainly responsible for the enhanced functional diversity of soil microbial communities as well as enzyme activities.Keywords

The purpose of this paper is to examine the consequence of open interest on volatility of futures markets. This paper emphasises on investigating the relation between open interest and the commodities futures. An effort was made to capture the size and change in speculative behaviour in futures markets by examining the behaviour of futures prices due to open interest. The findings show that the depth of market has an effect on the futures market’s volatility, but the direction of this effect depends on the type of contract. The sample includes daily data covering the period 2010-2020 from the Indian commodities futures markets (including crude oil futures). A two-stage methodology was employed by the authors: first, the authors investigate the relation between open interest and volatility. Next, the authors employ the E-GARCH model and considers the asymmetric response of volatility to shocks of different signs. Finally, the authors consider a regression framework to scrutinise the contemporaneous relationships between open interest and futures prices (volatility).Keywords

The effect of continuous application of fertilizers and amendments on wheat yield and nutrients in an acid Alfisol during rabi (2018-19) was evaluated in an ongoing long-term field experiment initiated in 1972 at the research farm of the Department of Soil Science, CSK HPKV, Palampur.The soil of the experimental area was acidic (pH 5.8), silt loam in texture and classified taxonomically as “Typic Hapludalf”. The highest productivity of wheat was recorded in the treatment comprising 100% NPK + FYM and was statistically at par with treatment receiving 100% NPK with lime. Continuous sole application of N resulted in zero yield. The significantly superior available N and K were registered in treatment receiving 100% NPK + FYM. However, the highest available P was recorded in treatment where NPK at 150 per cent of the recommended dose were applied. The Zn application along with 100% NPK registered the highest value (4.19 mg kg-1) of DTPA extractable Zn and application of 100% NPK + FYM recorded the highest value of DTPA extractable Fe, Cu, and Mn (36.8, 2.26, and 39.65 mg kg-1, respectively). Overall, 100% NPK+ FYM was found to be the best treatment to increase the wheat productivity and maintain nutrients status in the soil on long-term basis.Keywords

Fast dissolving or Quick-dissolving dosage forms have great importance in the pharmaceutical field due to their special properties and advantages. Fast-dissolving dosage forms breakdown immediately in the salivary fluids of the oral cavity within a minute, where they release the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Sublingual drug delivery system is a novel route of drug administration in which the drug substance is placed under the tongue and is directly absorbed via the blood vessels and produces the immediate onset of action. Noisome are closed bilayer vesicles formed by self-assembly of nonionic surfactant in an aqueous medium. Noisome is similar to liposome but has the ability to increase the stability of the drug. Formulated niosomes are added into the film forming polymers to obtain sublingual niosomal films. Fast dissolving niosomal film is suitable for the drugs which show high first-pass metabolism or hepatic metabolism, low bioavailability drugs, and have a short half life drugs. Fast Dissolving Niosomal Films used to improve the oral bioavailability and reduce the dose and dosing frequency, which reduce systemic side effects and as well as cost-effective. Niosomes allow the prolonged release of the drug and film was used to increase the bioavailability of drugs via the sublingual route of drug administration. Fast dissolving niosomal films have great importance during emergency conditions like allergy, short-term spasm, and asthma whenever an immediate onset of action is required. Fast dissolving films are also suitable for pediatric, geriatric, and dysphasic patients or patients with fear of choking.Keywords
